*Encounter broke out in Srinagar Central Kashmir*Srinagar, Nov 10: An encounter broke out between terrorists and security forces in Harwan area of central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Sunday morning. A top cop of police said that a joint team of security forces launched a cordon and search operation on specific information about the presence of terrorists in the area. Joint operation was launched by army and police during late night hours and contact was established this morning.
