    PAKATAN Harapan dan Kerajaan Persekutuan memerlukan Parti Ikatan Demokratik Malaysia (Muda) jika mahu melakukan reform terhadap beberapa institusi penting negara yang memerlukan pindaan Perlembagaan Persekutuan yang menuntut kelulusan majoriti 2/3 di Parlimen. Pada hari ini Kerajaan Madani hanya memiliki 147 ahli parlimen di Dewan Rakyat. Kelulusan majoriti 2/3 memerlukan sokongan sekurang-kurangnya 148 ahli parlimen.
