I beat Expedition 33 a week and a half ago, and since then, I’ve been thinking about the game every single day, even almost every single hour. I’ve been agonizing over how I feel about story choices and the ending. That, to me, is the mark of something truly revolutionary.

You can’t deny the rampant success that Capcom has had in recent years. Between series like Monster Hunter, Resident Evil, and Ace Attorney, the massive publisher has shown a penchant for both new experiences and reimagining classic ones. That success has allowed Capcom to return to some of its more dormant franchises, and the Samurai-meets-demons Onimusha is the next one on the cusp of a massive comeback.

Wait, a new Might & Magic game got announced? Coming to Early Access, but man I hope this is good https://t.co/9fWq9vivSL

If I’m being honest I think Rebirth is the better game, but I think I personally still like Remake more. I just think it captured the vibe of FF7 so well, and did a masterful job of balancing nostalgia and freshness

It’s the 5th anniversary of Final Fantasy 7 Remake (time flies) and I wanted to write about why this game is so special to me. One of the only games that’s ever given me that same sense of wonder I had when I was 7 years old in my living room playing RPGs https://t.co/UnTkccLwBu
