    The Supreme Court ruling that only biological women are women will have wide-ranging implications on everything from female bathrooms to elite sport. The landmark decision, in which some of the country's most senior judges were forced to point out that "as a matter of biology, only biological women can become pregnant", has been hailed as a victory for common sense.
