Two people were killed when a car rolled on a remote highway on Thursday. A man and a woman were found in the wreckage when emergency services responded to reports of the crash on the Stuart Hwy, about five minutes from Kulgera, the NT’s closest settlement to the SA border. The car was found on it’s side, and both occupants were declared dead at the scene.

A driver has died of injuries suffered in a crash into a car dealership. The 59-year-old man was driving on the Pacific Hwy at Roseville, on Sydney’s Upper North Shore, when the car left the road and smashed into the business about 6.10pm on Saturday. 7NEWS.com.au understands the dealership was SVM Kia Roseville. A woman has died in NSW after the car she was driving crashed into a tree. The woman was alone in the car when it struck a tree in Appin, about an hour-and-a-half southeast of Sydney, at about 1.15pm. Emergency services responded at the scene between Armstrong Rd and Copperfield Dr, which is about 2km of the Appin Bypass, where footage shows the front of a white vehicle completely destroyed. An armed home invader has been charged after he allegedly broke into a home and tried to sexually assault one of the residents. He was wielding a bat and a meat cleaver when he entered the home in the Central Coast suburb of Erina at about 12.20am last Saturday. He demanded cash, then assaulting a 37-year-old man, before attempting to sexually assault a 38-year-old woman, NSW Police allege.
