    Fetch your broomstick, fly to the multiplex: Wicked is about to come to cinemas and, even by Hollywood standards, it’s been a wild ride. Wicked, the story of how the green-skinned villain from The Wizard of Oz became a baddie, is Broadway’s second-highest grossing musical and has been running in the West End since 2006.     In a bright blue box in Oxford airport, a machine is doing its bit to solve one of the toughest technological questions in the fight against climate change: can we fly to faraway beauty spots without helping burn them to a crisp? This machine is combining carbon dioxide and hydrogen to make jet fuel. Whereas normal fuel is pumped from deep underground, adding carbon dioxide to the atmosphere when burnt, the carbon dioxide this machine uses comes from an industrial facility.
