PARIS — AYP FM, the voice of Armenia, supported by the French Armenian diaspora, has been broadcasting since 1993 on the 99.5 MHz frequency, which it shares with France Maghreb, on DAB+ in Paris and Marseille, and online. Based in the Paris suburb of Alfortville, where 10% of the local population is Armenian, AYP FM added IP in 2021 while modernizing its studios. The station operates with five permanent employees and some 30 volunteers of Armenian background from all generations.
