    The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Friday formally served the alleged $345,000 fraud allegation charge against Ezekiel Onyedikachi, manager of gospel singer Mercy Chinwo, on his lawyer Monday Ubani (SAN). The commission, unable to arrest Ezekiel over the allegation, approached the Federal High Court in Lagos last week and obtained an arrest warrant against him.

    An Ikeja Special Offences Court on Monday granted N20 million bail to former Managing Director of Assets Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), Ahmed Kuru, and four other defendants standing trial for alleged Arik Airline N76 billion and $31.5 million fraud. The other defendants in the trial are former Receiver Manager of Arik Airline Ltd, Kamilu Omokide, Chief Executive Officer of the airline, Captain Roy Ilegbodu, Union Bank and Super Bravo Ltd.

Isa filed the suit against LH Telecoms, 9Mobile and seven others over the alleged mismanagement of his 43 million shares in Teleology, the former majority shareholders of 9Mobile.
