The Atlanta-based airline announced several splashy additions to its wintertime flight schedule. Delta Air Lines has expanded its Caribbean offerings, including two new flights from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Atlanta travelers will have direct access to Grenada and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on a daily basis beginning Dec. 20 and ending April 12, 2026, Delta announced.

Delta Air Lines has made changes to its schedule for the 2025-26 holiday season. Delta Air Lines has enhanced its scheduled capacity on two long-haul flights from Atlanta this winter. The airline's first-ever service to Marrakech, Morocco — which was announced last month — will now fly daily from Dec. 19 to Jan. 6. The direct connection to the North African getaway will begin at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport with three-times-weekly service on Oct. 25.

A Jacksonville-based internet provider plans to launch services and a local office in St. Petersburg later this year. IQ Fiber, a fiber-optic company backed by private equity firm SDC Capital, announced that it would spend $50 million on the rollout of its 10-gig capable network to St. Pete and Pinellas County. Up to 35 local jobs are expected to be created. Construction will begin this month, and new customers should be able to join the network in late 2025, according to a release.
