What is the new aspect of your work? This is a comprehensive review of practical approaches to optimize outcomes with CD19-directed CAR-T cell therapy in adults with relapsed/refractory B-cell ALL. What is the central finding of your work? CAR-T cell therapy has demonstrated high response rates in adult R/R B-ALL and studies have identified factors predictive of response and toxicity, but relapse after CAR-T therapy remains a substantial concern.
