    Driverless technology has come to downtown West Palm Beach with the debut of its new self-driving minibus making its way around CityPlace. Boca Raton-based tech company Guident debuted its autonomous bus to pick up passengers along its one-mile route connecting the West Palm Beach Brightline train station and the parking garage on Sapodilla Avenue and Hibiscus Street. The vehicle is almost driverless. A human operator on an Xbox video game controller occupied one seat on its initial run.

    The family of Virginia Giuffre, a victim of Jeffrey Epstein, on Tuesday, April 1, appeared to back off her assertion on Instagram that doctors had told her she had four days to live because of renal failure after a car crash. Police on Tuesday described a collision of a school bus and a car in western Australia on March 24, but said no serious injuries resulted. A family statement obtained by People magazine said Giuffre meant to post that information to her private Facebook page.
