Italian national broadcaster RAI have announced the artists who will be taking part in Festival di Sanremo 2025. The winner of the 75th edition of Sanremo, officially known as the Italian Song Festival, will be granted first refusal rights to become Italy’s representative for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, to be held in Basel, Switzerland in May. 30 artists have been included in the Big Artists’ section, including some names that may be familiar to Eurovision fans.

Ukraine’s national broadcaster have revealed that they received a record 309 submissions for their Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2024 entry. Suspilne Ukraine (formerly UA:PBC) opened submissions from June 3 to July 5, receiving 272 solo submissions and 37 from duos or groups. The broadcaster will narrow this down to a shortlist of just 15 contestants, who will be announced by July 25.
