Typical transition metal sulfides (e.g., WS2 and MoS2) co-catalytic Fenton reaction, which has obvious advantages over standard Fenton process in degrading toxic and difficult-to-degrade contaminants in water, and its characteristics and mechanism of action have reached a consensus [1], [2], [3]. Although MoS2 and WS2 have good catalytic or co-catalytic properties, the S atoms in them are easy to capture protons to form H2S, resulting in secondary pollution [3], [4], [5], [6], [7], [8], [9].
