COVID-19 Vaccine–Associated Uveitis in Patients With a History of Uveitis Key PointsQuestion What is the risk of uveitis recurrence after COVID-19 vaccination in individuals with a history of uveitis? Findings In this cohort study including 473 934 individuals with history of uveitis and COVID-19 vaccination, the 3-month and 1-year cumulative incidences of postvaccination uveitis were 8.6% and 16.8%, respectively.
