    The underrated Indiana Pacers have delivered three upsets in the 2024-25 NBA Playoffs and might just do it again. They weren't supposed to beat the Milwaukee Bucks in the first round. They weren't supposed to beat the Cleveland Cavaliers in the second round. They weren't supposed to beat the New York Knicks for the Eastern Conference Championship. Yet, the Indiana Pacers are in the 2024/25 NBA Finals and could shock the world yet again by taking down the best team in the league, the OKC Thunder.

    A long-term, dysfunctional relationship that doesn't produce more championships isn't good for either side. The frustration has been obvious for most of the season. Nikola Jokic is getting tired of carrying a team that is inconsistent and lacks depth. The numbers don't lie. When Joker is on the court, the Denver Nuggets are one of the best teams in the league. When he's on the bench, they're one of the worst in virtually every possible category.

Fresh off a mind-blowing trade that saw Anthony Davis head to the Mavericks and Luka Doncic move to Los Angeles, the Lakers took on the Minnesota Timberwolves in the first round of the NBA Playoffs. The Lakers were somewhat favored to win, mostly because of the powerhouse trio of Luka, the young gun Austin Reaves, and the living legend LeBron James.
