    A member of the public alerted Ontario Provincial Police on Thursday afternoon about an all-terrain vehicle in the ditch on Rama Road and reported the male driver was showing signs of impairment, including a strong smell of alcohol.     A 31-year-old Toronto man is facing charges including impaired driving and possession of more than one licence after Ontario Provincial Police conducted a traffic stop on Horseshoe Valley Road around 10:30 Sunday morning after an officer was alerted by the automated licence plate recognition system. Provincial police said after a brief discussion with the motorist, the officer began an impaired driving investigation.

The accused, 23 and 38 years of age and from Barrie, have each been charged with accessing child pornography and possession of child pornography. Police allege the suspects were using Facebook to distribute child pornography. Both men were held for bail hearings to take place on Thursday.
