Adidas is introducing a new hybrid sneaker that combines two of the biggest shoe trends of the year. The Adidas F50 Taekwondo combines its low-profile martial arts slip-on with the F50.6 Tunit, a soccer cleat (or football boot) originally released in 2006. The Nike Pegasus Premium “Forrest Gump” borrows the iconic Cortez colorway known best for the film that gives it its unofficial nickname. Although the sneaker is rendered almost entirely in white, it only takes a few dashes of color in the right places to embody the “Forrest Gump” look: a red Swoosh and a streak of blue running from midfoot to heel beneath the Zoom Air unit.
