Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has grown its Asset Advisory and Recovery team with the appointment of Rhys Griffiths. Rhys, who has joined the firm as partner, will be expanding the firm’s well-established asset advisory and recovery services into the South-West and Wales. Rhys has vast experience in the sector and is a qualified Fixed Charge Receiver, member of NARA and Registered Property Receiver.

Sanderson Weatherall has appointed Philip Waite, the former managing director of Aitchison Raffety, to head up a new national team delivering sector specialist property services. Philip, who joins the firm with extensive management and leadership experience, as well as over 30 years’ experience as a valuer and chartered surveyor, will be developing the firm’s specialist property services in the Healthcare, Education and Leisure sectors.

Sanderson Weatherall’s London team have moved to new offices in Farringdon. This is the second move within 5 years and is attributable to the continued growth of our London business and the need to deliver against the firm’s ‘net zero’ commitments. Last week we welcomed the return of Mark Rowlands as Partner in our Leeds office. Mark is a partner within the Machinery and Business Asset team based in Leeds, but will be supporting the wider team in Manchester and London. His day to day duties will be valuing companies’ assets mainly for asset based lending and insolvency purposes.
