Online vs Face-to-face Survey

When was the last time you’re willing to spend a full 10–15 minutes to fill-in in an online survey? Exactly, you couldn’t remember it. Unless is a friend asking for his little sister who was doing a PhD, I don’t think you would go all the way typing answers to those bags full of open-ended questions. What about in the context of marketing? I think I even hesitate to give these “stars rating” on some apps that I used both on mobile and laptop. I generally just ignore them.
