A 37-year-old healthy woman, who worked at a pig farm, suddenly developed dyspnea followed by cardiac arrest. A thoracic angioCT revealed three large cystic masses in the apex, anterior mediastinum, and left retroauricular area (Panel A) and filling defects within her pulmonary arteries (Panel B). Suspecting cystic hydatid disease in a situation of refractory shock, the patient was transferred to the Hub center.

AbstractGestational weight gain (GWG) is an important contributor to pregnancy outcomes in the general obstetric population and different subgroups. The corresponding information in women with thyroid conditions is limited. We aimed to evaluate the relationship between GWG according to institute of medicine (IOM) and pregnancy outcomes in women with thyroid disorders.
