Patients enrolled in the LuMEn trial (NCT01842165) were analysed. This single-arm, prospective phase II study included 37 patients with advanced SSTR-positive well-differentiated GEP-NETs of histological grades 1 to 3. Patients were treated with [177Lu]Lu-DOTA-TATE, administered intravenously every 10–12 weeks with a concomitant infusion of a nephroprotective amino acid solution.
