Drones, anti-ship ballistic missiles and a helicopter-led hijacking are just some of the recent tactics deployed by Houthi forces in Yemen against maritime traffic in the Red Sea. The Houthis have pledged to target “all ships in the Red Sea bound for Israeli ports, regardless of their nationality”.
