What people don’t understand is that the code written by AI has a lot of mistakes. So, even if you build something in 3 weeks, all things can go wrong! Imagine trusting AI code and then trying to figure out where did clients $1 million sales record vanished from your prod. 😂

Listen more than you speak. Focus on understanding customers' insights rather than selling to them. Always end by thanking them for sharing their valuable time and perspective.

We are building autonomous tech but we always need human-in-the loop. So our autonomous tech sits with a human in the middle steering the system forward. We always need guardrails with autonomous tech.

Working with customers in their office for 3 days brainstorming and learning about their supply chains and operations can give you insights and deep problems statements that you won’t get by working for 4-5 years in the same organisation.

Sales professionals receive commissions when they land a sale. But….. Procurement professionals don’t get a cut when they save thousands or millions of dollars! This needs to change and technology shall enable that! #AI #Procurement #SupplyChain
