#1 Hi all I’ve been looking at adding some 15” subs and moving my 500w BK amps from my 18’s to the 15’s (and adding a little more headroom with something like 1-2kw amps). But difficult to find an obvious contender as a lot run fans and not many are 2 ohm capable and fan free ( I use 4ohm 18’s). #1 Hi, I have recently bought a Panasonic ub820 4K Blu-ray player, and am having a few issues with lip sync. My TV is a Sony x950h, and all my inputs go through a Denon x2500 amp. I previously had a Panasonic u700 4K Blu-ray player and the audio was fine. I changed nothing else but the player, and suddenly the audio is way out (on They Live and Predator uhd discs). #1 Dear Community, This has been on my mind for a while: What is the reason NOT to go for a room correction solution, eg Room Perfect with a Lyngdorf or other?Does it mess up the signal and take something away? #1 By the looks of things on this forum, what happened to me (with the Studio III) has happened to others, and likely will continue to happen. Because these subs have tremendous cabinets, highly capable drivers, and amplifiers made of cheese. Don't throw these fine subs away! There is a quick and simple solution, and a slower and more complicated one. I enjoyed the day at Ascot, more than expected rooms sounded pretty good. A few comments from my wander roundThese Rockport speakers sounded great. Orion - Rockport TechnologiesI have seen this brand before, silly prices and they look nicely finished, Ive always dismissed them as well as they look very one man with a passion project rather than audio company, but I may re-think. Not that or have the room, money in any case.
