If you ask what team has the most prospect-laden outfield in the minors, there’s only one answer. The Dodgers promoted outfielder Mike Sirota to High-A Great Lakes on Tuesday, where he joined an outfield that already had two Top 100 Prospects and a 2024 first-round pick. Playing left field, Sirota didn’t seem to have any adjustment. He went 3-for-3 with a walk and a double in his Midwest league debut. The 21-year-old is hitting .373/.462/.706 overall in 2025.

Salas is an excellent defender, and his struggles can largely be explained by the fact that he’s been a 17 and 18 years old going up against players in their 20s.

One month into the 2025 MiLB season, the Athletics, Royals and Marlins stand at the top of MiLB organizational standings. The A’s lead all organizations with a 68-48 combined record across their five MiLB teams whose seasons have begun. The A’s also have the best run differential in the minors with a combined +112 mark. It’s quite the turnaround. The last time the Athletics posted a composite winning record across all of their MiLB teams came back in 2018.
