John Torres, Senior Director, Federal Government Relations – Agriculture and Environment at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), was recently appointed to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Technical Advisory Committee (ATAC) for Trade in Grains, Feed, Oilseeds, and Planting Seeds.
