Project 2025 partners are trying to woo Black voters to the Republican Party, and some have used misinformation to argue that they’ll be better served by GOP policies than Democratic approaches, such as school choice and voter ID laws. Yet these organizations often support policies that would harm Black communities and some have promoted racist stereotypes about Black families or attacked Black organizations.

For the second anniversary of the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision that overturned nationwide abortion protections under Roe v. Wade, Concerned Women for America published an article arguing that “a total elimination of abortion is the goal.” The conservative advocacy group is a partner in The Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025, a wide-ranging plan to provide the next Republican administration with extreme right-wing policy proposals and loyal staff.

MAGA media figures are preparing their audiences to believe that the upcoming presidential debate on CNN will be unfairly biased against Donald Trump. While Trump has already begun saying that the June 27 debate will be rigged against him, right-wing media attacks escalated this week after an interview with Trump campaign spokesperson Karoline Leavitt was cut off on CNN’s This Morning when she refused to stop attacking network anchor Jake Tapper.
