    The Pennsylvania State Baseball Coaches Association released all-star teams in all six classifications on June 19, and multiple GameTimePA athletes were recognized for their efforts. Southern Fulton, after winning its first state title, had three athletes named to the Class 1A all-state lists. They're joined by Fannett Metal's Landon Arnold on First Team and Fairfield's Jayden Bell on Second Team. Biglerville's Aidan Hoffman was the area's lone honor in Class 3A.

    Boy, it's been awful quiet the past few days. I'm not just saying that because the high school sports season is over. Well I am, but I think summer is a calm season all things considered. Everyone and everything seems to slow down a little bit from June until early August. The weather is nice, people can fit in a vacation or two and everyone gets to enjoy the sun as the days get longer. But there's a drawback there for me, at least personally.

    The hardest part of the end of the high school sports season is determining who sticks out the most. Especially around the YAIAA, where so many athletes have accomplished so many incredible feats over the past year. But it's that time of the year again. Now, we sort through the top performers from every sport in the YAIAA this season and see which 15 boys stood out the most. It can be difficult to narrow the list down to even slightly. Some stood out in multiple sports, while others excelled in one.

    Noah Brady and Maddox Snyder both wanted to make their final year with FC Ballyhoo special. The gravity of their final games with the club didn't sink in until the past few weeks. Brady and Snyder, as two of the team's captains, were focused on soaking in their final stretch with their club as Ballyhoo made its way through the NCS U19 State Cup earlier this month. "Like half of the guys are going to be leaving next year to go off to college," Snyder said.
