Pump the brakes on any Travis Etienne trade rumors. The Jacksonville Jaguars running back has been a target of trade speculation over the last month. Part of the reasoning? With the College World Series having kicked off its round of regional tournaments on Friday, the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers are one of the hosts. But what is a Chanticleer? As of this week, every team has started its spring workouts at organized team activities (OTAs), but it isn't until a window in mid-July that the clubs begin training camp. For now, teams are limited to non-contact drills like 7-on-7s, 9-on-7s and 11-on-11s at OTAs, which are voluntary for players.
