Jim Farley, CEO of Ford, has told Top Gear that he and his team are actively discussing the idea of launching a standalone Raptor-branded off-road supercar.
The plan is to capitalize on the rise of the Raptor brand and Ford’s mission to “own off-road,” including an assault on off-road racing. This year, the American carmaker entered the Dakar Rally for the first time, with the Raptor T1+ finishing on the podium.

Ferrari has been softening us up for years. First came LaFerrari, not hindered by electricity but energized by it, then the SF90 Stradale, the 296 GTB, and the SF90 XX. Batteries and motors are part of the Maranello arsenal now, but a pure electric Ferrari...that’s different.
We know it’s coming in 2025, and we know now that it won’t be the successor to the LaFerrari, because that's the new hybrid V6-engined F80.

According to highly reliable sources, the final Ferrari to be signed off by Enzo himself could be immortalized/spoiled forever in a limited run modernised tribute, and our digital artists have been beavering away imagining how a modern Ferrari F40 could look.

How the hell do you follow a 40-year bloodline that’s a rollcall of hypercar royalty? Let’s see...288 GTO, F40, F50, Enzo, LaFerrari, and now, F80. Yep, Ferrari bosses completely ignored Top Gear’s hypercar name generator and went with something sensible instead. The Ferrari F80 is a name that celebrates the company’s 80th anniversary, occurring in 2027, by which time they’ll be pumping out these £3.1m hypercars to the 799 lucky owners who got the nod.

It's finally here: Elon Musk has revealed his long awaited autonomous Robotaxi (also referred to as the Cybercab) at an event in Los Angeles.
Looking a lot like the VW XL1 (remember that?), the Robotaxi has no steering wheel or pedals, just two seats, butterfly doors, a couple of cup holders and a massive 21in screen in the middle of the dash. As the name suggests, its crisp flat surfaces and full width light bars have more than a passing resemblance to the Cybertruck.

I thought the BMW M5 Touring had already been revealed. What’s with the camo?
Ah, yes—at the time we got to drive this close-but-not-quite-dynamically-signed-off prototype in a very moist Wales, it hadn’t yet been revealed. And you know what all those sheep are like with their long-lens spy cameras, so it remained under wraps. Which mainly served to draw even more attention to us.
Couldn’t disguise the size, though, could they?
