RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - While flowers and cards are the most popular Mother’s Day gift, why not do something a little different? RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - Visitors downtown Rapid City will see increased law enforcement following the stabbing attack on Sixth Street, across from Main Street Square. The murder of Francis Tobacco Tuesday night around 7 is what prompted city leaders to meet with downtown business owners. Diontae Eagleman was arrested overnight and charged with murder. Police say Tobacco and Eagleman were acquainted; and that the attack was not random.
