City Connection has announced it will be bringing out two new arcade collections in Japan later this year containing 16 classics from the legendary Japanese arcade company Toaplan (thanks Famitsu!). Toaplan Arcade Collection Vol. 1 and Toaplan Arcade Collection Vol. 2 will be released on August 28th, for Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S, and is a compilation that brings together the emulation-based ports that were previously released on Steam by Bitwave Games.

Origin System's 1992 release Ultima VII is frequently cited online as one of the best RPGs of all time. So it's understandable that there is a large contingent of players who might still want to revisit it in the modern day.
