Loveland water crews will begin flushing fire hydrants in the city on Monday. City of Loveland Water Operations crews will be opening hydrants in the northwest quadrant of Loveland – north of U.S. 34 and west of Colorado Avenue – on the first four days of the program, according to a news release. Work will move to the southwest quadrant of the city April 28-May 2, northeast quadrant May 5-9 and southeast quadrant May 12-16, and a section to the east of Boyd Lake on May 19-22.

Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 24, for a concert that will bring the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame-inducted band Heart to Blue FCU Arena on Tuesday, Aug. 18, with special guest Todd Rundgren. The band is launching a 2025 tour at the end of May that will bring it to Loveland, followed by a date at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on Aug. 19.

New snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches is possible. The overnight low will be near 25, with a 90% chance of snow showers, mainly before midnight. Winds could gust as high as 15 mph. New snow accumulation of less than 1 inch is possible.
