The two term House of Representatives member, representing Owo/Ose Federal Constituency, Timehin Adelegbe, on Monday said he has distributed over 100,000 of improved cocoa seedlings to farmers in his constituents. Adelegbe, who disclosed this at a press briefing, held at the Ondo NUJ Secretariat, Akure, said the distribution was to boost cocoa production in the state.

The Ondo State Security Network Agency, Amotekun Corps, has paraded 58 suspects arrested for various offences, including kidnapping, across different parts of the state. Parading the suspects at the weekend in Akure, Adetunji Adeleye, the Commander of the Corps, revealed that among those arrested were 32 kidnapping suspects picked up within the past week.
