The Panthers blanked the Redhawks 4-0 on Monday evening behind a 17-strikeout performance from Josie Brudos and timely hitting. Maclaine Heilman had a key hit to get the scoring started for the home side then Dylynn Bayer logged an infield hit to extend the Panther lead. Megan Johnson also reportedly became the second player in school history to log 100 hits in a West Salem jersey. West Salem improves to 14-4 on the season, 10-1 in league play and have won seven games in a row.
