Another suspect, Karel Mangual, 28, has been arrested in connection to the killings of Chasity Nunez and Zella Nunez, 11, police said Thursday. However, Dejan Belnavis, 27, is still on the run, police said. He is described as standing at 5 foot 11 inches, with black hair and brown eyes, a dark complexion and a weight of 160 pounds.
