Sony has unveiled its much anticipated PS5 Pro, but gamers are unhappy with the eye-watering price tag and claim it is missing two key features. It has been four years since the PS5 arrived, bringing console gaming into a new generation. When it was launched in 2020, the PS5 was the hottest piece of hardware around, selling out in a flash. Now, just in time for Christmas, Sony has unveiled the new PS5 Pro with the console set to launch on November 7 with a massive £699.99 price tag.

I've never been to Splashdown in the rain. But as we're lucky enough to have the UK's biggest water park on our doorstep and we had friends to stay, we agreed to brave Devon's liquid sunshine that we've been cursed with since the start of the summer holidays. The Paignton waterpark has been around since I was a child - albeit known as Quaywest in those days.

At a water park you're going to get wet anyway so it doesn't matter too much that it's raining, right? Splashdown is right on our doorstep and is the UK's biggest water park but I'd never experienced it in the rain or 'liquid sunshine' if you want to put a more positive spin on it. The best thing about Splashdown in the rain is the lack of queues. On a hot day, you can spend up to 20 minutes waiting for the most popular slides. In the rain, we pretty much had the run of the park.

And this summer the beachfront attraction has added three extra waterslides to the eight that already dominated Goodrington beach.

My @Apple iPad has just old me it’s disabled and I should try again in 48 years, 6 months, 3 weeks, 5 hours and 46 minutes. I’ll be 95 years old. I think I might be over the iPad by then. https://t.co/0EsO2kLhMI

I think Lost Boys and Fairies might just be the most extraordinary thing I’ve ever watched on TV. I can’t tear myself away from it. Just beautiful, heart wrenching. #lostboysfairies https://t.co/2aWDsbyURm

First ever @parkrunUK ✅ What a phenomenal event. Credit to all the volunteers who get thousands of people out of bed and running every Saturday morning. Loved it. https://t.co/IxKtd8VutA
