A year after OSU reeled in Aiva Arquette and Max Fraser out of the portal from Washington the Beavers have gone back to the well, landing First Team All-Big 10 selection Isaac Yeager. A 6-foot-6 215 pound right handed pitcher out of Seattle, Yeager possess a Sinker ranging from 90-94, Slider from 80-84 and a Changeup from 83-86 per his twitter page. As a freshman for the Huskies Yeager appeared in nine games out of the bullpen and had an ERA of 4.70.

The Beavers have added their sixth commitment in the last two and a half weeks as Buchanan (CA) Clovis cornerback Donovan Dunmore pledged to the Beavers on Sunday morning. A fan favorite and locker room leader has hit the portal as infielder Dawson Santana has entered the portal sources tell BeaverBlitz. Santana was an in-state standout at Lakeridge HS where he was teammates with fellow OSU commit and MLB draft pick Paul Wilson. As a freshman the 5-foot-6 151 pounder was used sparingly, only appearing in 12 games primarily as a pinch runner. Santana was 0-for-4 with two walks as a true freshman and scored four runs.

The transfer portal departures keep on coming for Oregon State as outfielder Dallas Macias announced late Saturday night his intention to enter the transfer portal for his final season. A 6-foot 203 pounder out of Parker (CO), Macias made an immediate impact during his freshman season. Macias played in 33 games and made 17 starts for the Beavers, batting .203 with five doubles, a triple and 10 RBI.
