Here are some of the cases in which the justices will hear oral arguments this month:Â Garland v. VanDerStokAt issue in this case is whether the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has statutory authority to regulate âghost guns,â homemade firearms that can be made with a 3D printer or assembled from a kit. The justices will hear oral arguments on Tuesday, October 8.
