KENNEWICK, Wash. - UPDATE: 3:45 p.m.According to Chad Michael, Fire Chief with Kennewick Fire Department (KFD), crews responded to the scene around 1:20 p.m. and extinguished the flames. Chief Michael said two people were inside the condominium at the time of the fire and managed to evacuate. One person was transported to the hospital for smoke inhalation. The condo sustained significant damage and a nearby condo also suffered heat and smoke damage.

The community is asked to avoid the area. Nonstop Local personnel on scene can see smoke coming from the building. WEST RICHLAND, Wash. - No residential structures were damaged after an early morning shop fire in West Richland. According to Captain Thomas Harper with Benton County Fire District 4 (BCFD#4), fire crews responded to a shop fire on the 400 block of South 41st Avenue at 4:34 a.m.The shop was fully engulfed in flames once crews arrived. Crews put a hose to the fire and had it under control by 5:18 a.m. The shop was a total loss. The shop resided in a backyard and was not connected to any home.

YAKIMA, Wash. - The Yakima Police Department (YPD) is asking the community for help locating14-year-old, Mercedes. According to YPD, Mercedes was last seen on March 21 at her Yakima home in the 800 block of N. 25th Avenue. She was last seen wearing white Air Force 1 shoes, black Nike sweats, and a hoodie. Those who have seen her are asked to contact 9-1-1.
