We present a validated long-term patient satisfaction survey alongside traditional outcome measures for a large periacetabular osteotomy cohort. Young patients with symptomatic hip pain and established arthritis have few surgical options other than total hip arthroplasty (THA). Younger patients undergoing THA are reported to have a higher lifetime risk of revision than older patients.
