Aims To identify the incidence of osteoradionecrosis (ORN) in the site of extraction in patients who had pre-radiotherapy extractions over a 10-year period and the important predictive patient and treatment factors. Material and Methods A retrospective review was performed on all patients who were prescribed pre-radiotherapy extractions over 10 years in the oral and maxillofacial surgery department of a UK district general hospital.
