Newly released figures have revealed that there may be up to 120,000 empty houses in Wales, accounting for one in 12 homes in the country. The majority of these houses have been categorized as “truly vacant,” indicating that there is no occupancy. Additionally, approximately 15% (17,500) of these vacant houses are second homes.
