When people have asked me what it feels like to have finished my first trilogy, I don’t know how to respond. I never sat down to take stock of what it meant to finish and publish my first book. Everything in the realm of publishing has been a race towards this end since January 2023. Now that I’m here, it only feels like only the first leg of the race. I have so many more stories to tell. My books haven’t reached enough people to rest and call this quits.
