    California’s Office of Health Care Affordability (OHCA) has published draft regulations on the healthcare transaction notice requirement that will become effective on April 1, 2024. Entities entering into healthcare transactions in California that will close on or after April 1, 2024, should be aware of the requirement to provide 90 days’ prior notice of certain material changes and the potential burdensome review process that could delay the closing of such transactions by several months.
