After a busy trade deadline day, Charlotte made two separate trades, sending out Mark Williams, Cody Martin, Vasilije Micić, and a 2026 second-round pick in exchange for Dalton Knecht, Cam Reddish, Jusuf Nurkic, a 2031 unprotected first-round pick (Lakers), a 2030 first-round pick swap (Lakers), and a 2026 first-round pick (Suns).

In keeping with school traditions, every player and staff member will be listed in alphabetical order. Each grade is based on my own grading system called the C.A.R.E. Drafted 42nd overall in 2020, Richards steadily developed into a reliable backup center in his time with the Hornets.
