FAMOUS Scottish actor Jack Lowden has hit out at plans to close a number of nurseries in the community he grew up in. Seven nurseries have been earmarked for temporary closure in the Scottish Borders, including the Channelkirk nursery he went to as a child. Writing on Instagram, the Slow Horses star hit out at the move, however.
