INTRODUCTIONProactively engaging patients in conversations about their needs and desires for sexual and reproductive health (SRH) is an essential part of providing client-centered care.1–4 STI and pregnancy screening may support a variety of health outcomes and overall well-being.5–11 Most screening tools assess clinical need toward achieving public health outcomes such as increasing pregnancy intendedness or reducing STI rates.
