    It’s back to the drawing board — literally — for Gibson-Thomas Engineering after members of the Mt. Pleasant Borough Council requested some modifications to the plans for the Frick Park Hillside Project. Gibson-Thomas representatives Dan Schmitt and Dom Garofola presented their proposal during a special meeting May 30 to receive feedback from council members, as well as any members of the public in attendance.
