Nearly a year after New Jersey decided not to renew their liquor licenses, President Donald Trump’s golf clubs continue to serve alcohol thanks to an extension of temporary permits that were set to expire last week. People convicted of crimes involving “moral turpitude” — which typically includes acts of “dishonesty, fraud, or depravity” — are barred from holding or profiting from a liquor license in New Jersey.
